Very unhappy at receiving a duty and tax invoice of nearly £28 on top of what I paid for the product.

Having ordered on the 5th of December for a Christmas present it finally arrived today Saturday 2nd January.Having purchased many of these sweatshirts over the years I have been very disappointed,no email to say that the product was in transit or to say when it would arrive,very disappointing.will not be ordering again.
