I have now cancelled my British Gas Homecare agreement and will now be looking for this company to support my central heating needs (servicing etc.) in the future.

Made time to collect the replacement and complete the work straight away. Overall was a quick efficient turn around. He was also really helpful and offered sound advice, would definitely recommend.
