Currently terminating our agreement due to the sale of the business. Not enough that we have to suck up 43% of a annual bill because our notice given die not fall within their restrictive notice procedure (which seems to be the same in trade waste and no one else we deal with of the hundreds of suppliers). Given notice to take their bins off our property on sale date with 3 weeks notice to do so and they kept them there so they could try and re-sign the new owner, then they try and charge us for picking up bins after we have left for a month after and even given overweight charges when we had transferred the business. Very quick to send to credit collectors even when we are still within terms. Just poor and should not be in business.

Do not use Lili waste they will charge you what ever they want extra for emptying even a half full bin it is scandalous!!
I have tried cancelling my big numerous times and got told to call back in march of this year only to find out you have to give them 2 months termination notice so my bin has not rolled over to 2020 this is all because somebody in the contact centre where you usually call for help LIED to me and knew if I called back in March it would force me into another 12 month contract this is ridiculous!

Awful company, agree to collection times based on access then arrive before anyone will be at the premises (because the driver likes to take his breaks later) but only offer a 50% credit for not collecting - I'm thinking of starting a business where i deliver no goods and keep half the money, it sounds amazing.
Having queried missed collections they make up excuses about the times they arrive but yet don't bother emptying the bin despite having cctv evidence to the contrary or just don't bother getting back to you at all.
Getting responses back to emails is as and when they can be bothered and if it suits.
We have used them for nearly three years, they started so well but this year in particular has been laughable, they have slipped and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Check what you are signing for too as their weight limits for their bin sizes just don't add up. 30 odd kg on a 660l bin is pitiful.

"Avoid Lili waste, terrible company full of lies"
Avoid Signed up with 707, they used Country Style to emptied the waste, everything was fine until they transferred us to Lili waste and claimed that same company. Lili waste always missed the collection and claimed that was customer fault because the wheelie bin didn't leave outside or somewhere that can easily accessible. Until I told them I have CCTV record to proof my bin was left out accessible to shut them up. Then double charges for excess weight for the two weeks weight.

"AVOID at all costs very bad"
AVOID at all costs very bad service and dis-organised. Sales rep lied when signing up said there was no other costs. Called customer services for 1 week every day, was on hold on 0845 number for over 40 minutes every time. Singed up with 707 but have Lili Waste bins (delivered late) was told same company but bins never get emptied. Now signed up with DJB much better company.
