Out of nowhere that charged me five times on my bank statement. I'm trying to get the bank to reverse it.

Order duly arrived on schedule, was assembled and erected without difficulty. No issues identified.

There was excellent communication before delivery, which was even earlier than promised. Customer service was a bit hesitant over a query. The query related to the combi building. I consider that you should produce a single booklet rather than separate ones. Also supplying parts which may be thrown away is wasteful. Actual buildings are fine - a bit too heavy handed with the nail guns.

"How do you dispatch items that aren't even in stock?"

Placed 2 orders and received emails saying they had been dispatched on 3rd April. I rang them on 10th April as still not received, customer service rep said he would look in to it and email me. Then I received 2 automated emails stating I will be refunded because they're not in stock. Now left with 2 business days to find 6 office chairs which are urgently needed. Don't know why they said it was dispatched if it was never in stock!
