Our trip to the pyramids had been booked with this company months in advance but they cancelled 1 week before trip with no reason given. Their webpage doesn't allow 1 star reviews due to them moderating it.

we booked a Niles dinner show weeks in advance. The tour included hotel pickup and drop off, on the day of the tour we were supposed to be picked up at 7:00pm (per email from the operator a day before the tour date). On the day of the tour we receive a whatsup message that driver is on the way to pick us up. 7:00pm-->7:15pm--7:30pm -- nobody shows up. We are in touch w/the operator via whatsup who keeps reassuring that driver will be there any minute now. Ultimately, operator says we can't make the tour today and would like to schedule for the following day. Our kids were most disappointed and our whole evening was spoilt due to this inconsiderate, dishonest tour company (their parent company is emo tours)
