"Terrible company"

The service we have recieved from this company has been absolutely appalling.

They took over some properties we let out through an estate agent due to buying out the practice. After previous bad experiences with belvoir we tried to leave them which they dragged out nearly 6 months. as well as telling outright lies about when tenants were moving out losing us rental income. The response rate of the office was appalling, one tenant moved out on the 5th of July, they notified us in august and then were unable to find the keys for 3 weeks. Its rediculous. I STRONGLY recommend anyone other than this company.
