"Impressive basic life support skills training"

Attended a three-hour introductory basic life support course and was very impressed by the team's approach.

I came away confident I had at least some key skills to help in an emergency and really want to do more with Shield Scotland!

Kim and Adam generously offered the paddleboard community a free session to cover Basic Life Support. It was great, a relaxed and happy atmosphere, clear instruction and guidence. I left with invaluable knowledge, hopefully that I'll never need to use but if I do I'll be way more help than I would have been before learning this. EVERYONE should learn this vital skill ... and keep fit as pumping someones chest is WAY more exhausting than you imagine! I'll be back for the first aid training soon! Thanks again for giving your time and knowledge.

I feel so much more confident with the skills learned and practiced, the training was thorough and well explained which helped me to learn and remember it. I would definitely go to them again for more training and refreshers and thoroughly recommend Adam and Kim.

I recently spent a day with Shield Scotland to obtain my Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate in Edinburgh.
The course was educational whilst also entertaining making the learning experience fun and easy.
