Can't log in. Continues to want password reset but still can't log in. Can't contact anyone for help.

"Would never recommend"

Would never recommend. We lost a lot of income due to the support team not being able to respond or correct errors. Requested a refund. They stated they do not provide refunds. Have engaged a Solicitor to take legal action to retrieve $3000+ who has had proceedings with this company before fortunately :-). All staff have stated the app also is not user friendly, had issues logging in and out for staff. Logged tickets with no response or support around this many times, Unable to run reports for mileage, a week response to an email re speaking to make a complaint. They have no systematic complaint processes or policies. STAY AWAY!

"Horrible"

Horrible, over complicated, don't believe them when they say there is a trial period, I'm still waiting for my $1600 refund. Multiple emails and calls have been made and all they do is tell you what ever you want to hear then do nothing. I've been waiting 6 months. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP. Other providers have agreed with me and the staff that use it.

"Printing out Shifts and Timesheets…"

It would be good for staff to be able to print out shifts and timesheets. Which would help when there are problems with shift and time changes.

BREVITY WORST APP EVER! NEVER WORKS WHEN YOU LOG IN LOG OUT, YOU DON'T GET PAYED CORRECTLY BECAUSE THE APP FAILS TO LOG YOU IN OR OUT. CAN'T GET IN? THE WORST APP FOR BUSINESSES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND THEIR SUPPORT STAFF, ARE ALL INVISIBLE! I WOULD GIVE THIS APP A MINUS 10 IF I COULD!!!!

"Software decent, support god awful."

I feel the software, although not aesthetically pleasing, does the job and will become a great asset in the future. The main reason for our 2 star rating is the support. There isn't any. You get 1 months free phone support for the onboarding however what they really mean is we will take a message and pass it on, someone will be contact with you via email.

You have to pay for any, what they calling addons, like custom forms, even though the demo you get told you can make custom forms ...

The proposal section works, but also doesnt work, because you have to pay more to have agreements uploaded, but you can do it yourself, but you still have to pay, but you also cant do it yourself. See how confusing this is.

The proposal section also has what they are calling a care plan, this care plan is a bunch of service dates with no other information included, you can print this, but the formatting doesnt hold (I have tried on several other windows and mac computers and its the same thing) and becomes a total jumble. If you would like the care plan to be changed, thats an extra fee.

Back to the support. Basic timeline of what i am currently going through, sent a request via their online chat portal. Request was then closed, no reply, no respone, no support offered. 7 days later another request sent, this time via email, recevied a reply 4 days later.

Responded to that reply, got one back 23hours later. I didnt reply as i was away, ticket got closed.

Tried calling for that phone support I mentioned, 3 days in a row, rung, 'Sorry no one is available right now, can i get your name and contact details and ill mark this request as urgent', Still waiting for those calls ...

"Poor service, immature software."

The functionality of this app is really poor and the support is pretty nil. Our support workers are frustrated with the issues and are brushed aside by Brevitysupport as unimportant when what they do is the backbone of the business. I could go into a long rant but essentially it boils down to very immature software that has a lot of bugs, a lot of functions that haven't finished being developed, and are just sitting there like little empty promises. It's paid software, and I believe there are better options around to spend your money on.
