"Ridiculous."

Asking 5 times for a pay out figure over 6 weeks. Confirming the payout figure TWICE before the final payment date. Two days before the last debit being sent a statement showing its changed and no communication about it. Then being told the original figure was incorrect and you have to pay more. Two days before the last payment is due. Statements are always wrong. Communication lacks. Fees are obsorbent considering they do not track your debt correctly the entire time and do not liaise with the debtors as they say they do. Helpful to get you out of stressful debt but then cause unnecessary stress. Would not recommend

I was very hesitant at first to seek help thinking if I would be eligible or not. It was very tough on my family's budget and could not squeeze anymore from my income. I’ve been with Debt Busters for over a year and I had a great person Aqib to help set me up. It was made so straightforward. Once Aqib moved on from the company, I had a lot to do with Kim who is extremely pleasant and understanding. At one stage I was in between jobs and Kim made it easy to put a hold on payments without any pressure. They send regular email updates (eg, options to alter your payments for a short time to help with Christmas expenses).
