Fantastic knife I had the first one for 6 years until a flaw in the steel showed its face and it snapped. (I knocked it off the counter) Their warranty is also excellent and they have replaced it for me. So excellent service all round and an excellent product.

Discovered Flint & Flame at a recent event at the NEC and fell in love with the 10" chefs knife. The show price made it, fantastic price for a beautiful knife.
I have now used it regularly since getting it home and it has held a brilliant edge with a little swipe over my steel. Completely effortless cutting action. Very impressed. Will definitely be looking out for their future shows to see if I can add a couple more of their knives to my kitchen.
