"cold call patter needs work"

whilst not actually saying that they represent GOOGLE the call handler HEAVILY implied it and avoided asking my direct question three or four times. I would suggest that their cold calling technique could be a bit more transparent and honest, to be frank im was actually looking for someone who carries out work like this chaps but because of how they presented themselves int he cold call i would not continence using them now

I am sure (going by the many positive reviews) this is, overall, a good company but the cold call patter just put me off

Today I called my account manager to aid me with an issue I had accessing my website but it was not needed because the lady on the customer service helpline was very competent and well trained to answer my all my queries.
