I ordered 3 bottles of my favourite Vape juice on offer at 3 for £15 from E-Sheesh.com, but only two arrived. I sent them a message on their website and the next day the lovely Mav from E-Sheesh called me and offered a very sincere apology and said they knew they had a problem and were committed to second to none customer service and that he'd send me the one I was missing straight away. (The system hadn't even billed me for it, so this was an impressive gesture) So glad I contacted them as I love that juice and E-Sheesh's offers, and it's dealing with complaints like this that makes me confident they are not in it just for the money and that I do not need to look elsewhere for my vape juice!
