"garstore VERY poor avoid avoid"

I ordered my product on the 7th June today is 24th June. I am still waiting for my product to arrive, I have sent numerous emails to find out where my product is.
They have not given me a valid explanation as to why it is taking so long to arrive.
The communication has been worse than poor.
And the tracking number they have provided is also invalid/ not working.
Still waiting .....
