I had to come here to give Grosvenor Furniture a 5/5 review for my recent purchase! I bought 2 Barcelona Grey Velvet Kitchen Stools and I am absolutely blown away. I absolutely love the product, which came so quickly after I purchased but also arrived in perfect condition. The products were packaged so well too. All in all, I would definitely shop here again.

Updated review:- The review below is inaccurate as the assembly of the 2No. Chairs were incorrect where the workman had put the rear legs on the front of the chair 🙄. Grosvenor Furniture have very kindly sent a e-mail and rang me to ensure that the assembly had been completed.

purchased a total of 4No. Chairs but unfortunately 2No. Chairs cannot be assembled due to the chair leg hole being too small and an incorrect shape. Obviously these chairs will need to be returned and replaced with chairs that can actually be assembled.

Three things which made me write this review,
1) Gemma on the phoneline, very pleasant and professional.
2) The delivery men Warren and Louie were bang on time and got my table up the stairs without any issues.
3) My marble dinning table is supreme.

"Pleased with bed"

Pleased with bed. Delivery would have been improved by phone call on the day. Headboard box too big to go up our stairs and delivery chaps "weren't allowed" to unbox and carry upstairs so we successfully did this ourselves. Bed slats had to be fitted individually which took a fair amount of time and effort. Would pay for assembly service and rubbish removal next time.
