Sue was absolutely amazing, she was so friendly and very helpful. We came in the morning to look at ovens, she took us round the whole store and showed us the cheapest options to the more expensive options. At the time I didn't know if my current oven was plug in or hardwired but Sue was great at explaining the steps I could take. I came back in the evening and Sue took care of us again, herself and Gemma made us aware that there were even more ovens available through clearance. All the staff were amazingly helpful but Sue was an absolute star!
