Edgeriders is full of team members with kind, friendly and approachable personalities making them so easily approachable that any hesitance to ask for help is non-existent. Edgeriders staff want you to leave the store making sure you have the product you came looking for. There are not many shops in this extreme sports industry, which makes searching for all these products so much easier as they cater for nearly every extreme sport I can think of. Since the launch of their new website design, online shopping couldn't be easier, I know how and where to look for the products I want to view and how to filter them. They even offer a telephone sales option incase you are uncomfortable with the product you are buying, the staff are taught first hand by their brand representatives about the quality of their products, who its catered for and any additional specifics worth knowing.
