I had a great experience with Ibrahim. He is a great PT, super friendly and immediately puts you at ease. This is great for anyone who feels a bit anxious or unsure in the gym. I found the way he explained how to do each movement using imagery and examples very unique and helpful, I was better able to understand and remember it! He is also very knowledgable and able to go into lots of detail about the specific form and exercise recommended based on your individual attributes and using psychology and physiology. I would 100% recommend!
