"Having over 200 sites and 30 hosting"

Having over 200 sites and 30 hosting, this is worst hosting ever tried. As someone below mentioned, everyrthing is nulled. At one point my hosting stop being auto renowed, and I never got an email for that. I tried to login to my account, but the password for some reason did not work + nor did the recovery password. I sent messages SO many times, they never replied to me more than a "HI", "I Will look into this". The whole website content is lost, as I can't access the hosting and will have to change the nameservers of the domain to use a new one. A terrible experience which cost me a lot of work and time

Basically,

They say there was a crash in the datacenter, for 3 days the website was down, obviously why will they care to inform the user that website is down, thats my job since i own it right ?

Coming to the blast / crash, they dont have a datacenter, thier ip details show they have taken a server from hetzner, coming to hetzner, they offer the disk with raid 1 partition (which means that there are 2 disks, one will be used as main and the other will be used to mirror the main disk in realtime, thats the best way to secure the data, if the disk crashes, all data is there in the second one in realtime) but they installed custom os on rescue mode with raid 0 (both disks are usable giving access to double storage than raid 1 but with no mirroring at all), that is just an idiotic approach that they follow to maximize the profits

Now, once we connect with thier support cause the website is got damn down for 3 freaking days, i had 2 plans, 1 unlimited and 1 basic, they gave drive link of the backup to me, i asked them to restore it for me since it was a tar.gz file and it takes less than a minute to use the transfer and restore option to restore an account from the backup, they did it for the starter plan

Denied to do the same for the unlimited plan saying we have so many requests, so basically those who have only 1 plan with them are smarter since they get the service (most likely, maybe they are denying the service to them as well) and i being the fool in this case trusting them with more plans and money

They say that please restore it yourself since we are busy, really, that plan has 10 + sites hosted and i dont know how much data, they are smart enough to understand right ?

Coming to the authenticity, here is a list of softwares they use and thier license details :

WHMCS : Nulled : Dont own a license, wow !
cPanel WHM : Nulled - Again verification failed on the official site
Cloudlinux - Nulled - Verification failed
Litespeed - Nulled
Imunify360 - I think you know they will buy the original license only right :)) lol, even that is nulled

I was using the service from near bout 1.5 years with 3 hosting plans (2 active ) and 4 domains

I am running away from these cheats, neither they have original license nor they have proper support team, i have pulled out my domains from them and also using other server to host my websites

Ah, how can i forget to mention, when i asked for refund saying that you have failed to provide the said service, they did not reply and closed the ticket silently, i dont know how many users are going through this other than me, worthless, i feel like i wasted my 1.5 years

Lemme tell something more, they go down for days, by days, i mean days, not even 24 hours, and the phone is not picked up in such situations and it happens very often , you obviously know why right !!


To sum up thier service :

Uptime : Worthless
Support team : Hell Worthless
Licenses and Softwares : All Nulled / Illegally being used

If someone still thinks this is the right service for them, i recommend a medical checkup please, someone who is using nulled softwares cant be trusted at all

The worse of all times is here, give it up for nextrahost everybody, scam could be coming up, it wont be a big thing if they run suddenly, after all, all they will loose is a domain name, cause trust and respect, dont joke about it, it dosnt exists for them

Bunch of Noobs and Scammers, scamming software companies as well as clients, worthless

Also, trustpilot should have a scope of 0 starts, 1 is worth so much compared to what they offer for money

Ill make sure i share my experience at all locations and websites they are present, even if this saved a single person from being scammed from them, its enough for me

The Guys behind Nextrahost are not even Qualify to Run Xampp Local Server talk more of a Web Hosting Company.

All My Website Data was wiped and I contacted them and instead of them to Reply my Ticket they will close the ticked without Explanation

When i kept replying the ticket to reopen it, all they did was delete my ticket. I also contacted them through WhatsApp and other means they also ignored my messages.

I will advise anyone planning to use them to run away from them, don’t give them ur money, they are very Useless and unfit to run a hosting business.

You will not only loose your website data , you will also be left with an Unusable cPanel that has been misconfigured.
