4 years not heard from a sales rep re reviewing my rates or asked If I am ok with what I have . Not once . That's poor business in my opinion .
No rate review , no equipment review or any follow up ??

Hi tyro have never been short of helpful, my battery didn't charge properly and I got a new one no questions asked in the mail within days.
Any questions that I have had have been instantly answered.
I would put 6 stars but it only is rated from 0-5

"TYRO is just so simple to use!"

Everything you can do with TYRO is just so simple! Very streamlined, increases productivity especially with xero integration, great eftpos (including merchant rates), fantastic SmartFunding etc. I am just waiting for the day when I no longer need my CBA bank account to withdraw cash from an ATM or a branch. And TYRO is independent from the banks!
