When I got the call the first time is was a different agent Amorri was his name and he caught my attention!! He was just a cool mellow positive guy, he didn't come across brash as 98% of the people whom call do.
I sent back the asked for paperwork and called back the next business day , Well it was,his day off and when you are anticipating it just drops you when you find out your point of contact is not on the scene :(
