Easy to order very efficient and immediate delivery

Placed an order express delivery. 3rd day still no product. Happy to take my money but ignore all emails in regards to this. One minute the product is saying dispatched and the next minute apparently I have placed no orders. Has it been cancelled? If so am I going to get my money back? Who knows as the customer service team don’t answer the phone or emails Spent over £50 on antibiotics. Absolutely disgusting. I am a struggling single mother so £50 is a lot of money to me. STAY CLEAR absolute SCAM

My package delivered damaged ,could not get any contact from Royal Mail and as package was antibiotics for dental pain etc ,tablets was broken and some in pieces !
Not good so could not use them at all so paid £52 for nothing !!!!!

Very poor service. Paid for next day delivery, and received the item 4 working days later!

The order was placed on Wednesday 13th April at 11pm. I paid for next day delivery, and had a reply to confirm that it would be sent via Royal Mail next day delivery service.

I did not receive the tracking details to say that Royal Mail had received the item until Tuesday 19th April.

I then received the item at 3pm on Wednesday 20th April.

UPDATE
I very clearly understand the Thursday 2pm cut off. I am not sure why this company seems to think that Wednesday night comes after 2pm on a Thursday.
