Update:
I emailed Private Pharma over the weekend to cancel the signature requirement on the order or refund me - no response. After rescheduling the delivery on the automated feature on the website for Wednesday the 10th - and having confirmation screenshot in hand - their delivery service auto-texted and emailed me on the 8th, again saying the package was on the way that day, within a two-hour window of the email. I watched their truck in my town on the website tracking map. He came within 6 minutes of my address, with notification saying he's 1 stop away, and then drove out of my town for the day. Customer service for their delivery service were useless, saying they can only request the truck comes back, but can not make a guarantee. I think I threw away money on this one. By the time product finally arrives - it will be damaged from several nights out in the Midwest winter weather, because I doubt they bother to park their trucks in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 stars):

I didn't opt to have to sign for delivery - something that would force me to stay home an entire workday. Specific delivery date was not previously communicated, only an estimate for Jan 8. First delivery was attempted on the 5th, with only a notification email at 1:43 PM, at which point I was apparently expected to stay home and miss an actual medical appointment I had later that afternoon. This is not a good way to treat a customer. The delivery service also declined to remove the signature requirement when I called their customer service number, and provided the tracking number. Their truck was still an hour away on the map, and could have been updated, but they only gave me option to reschedule, and if I don't make that one -- the nearest pickup hub is about 100 miles away, making this a 4+ hours drive chore, plus a tank of gas. No bueno.
