Honestly, I gave Nurse Plus a 5 star rating, not only is it a good source of information i need for my upcoming test but also it is free which is what i really need since it has been tough for me lately. It gives me the rationale right after I clicked on an answer for my better understanding. I have also checked other sources for the rationale and it is exactly right.
