My family and I were contemplating whether to go to universal studios in Florida as we had a limited budget and also had a family member with special needs. Sean was able to answer all our questions and get us a holiday package within our budget. He allayed all our fears. He also checked on us before the flight to ensure we were okay and afterwards. He went far and beyond his duty to show this exemplary behaviour which we were so pleased with.
