I had problems from the outset with this company. They weren't taking any direct debits but assured me I was still insured?! After 3 months of being told they were sincerely sorry and still not sorting out the monthly direct debit payments, I went with my bank instead. I received an email stating my policy had been cancelled. Almost 7 months later and they have taken a payment from my account that has not been authorised. What kind of company is this?! I want my money back and to be done with them.

Response received showed that whoever read my initial email didn’t read it properly and hence the response was of no use.

Easy website, great prices and overall very efficient. I've just renewed for the second time.

Very difficult to rate any insurance company until you have gone through the process of making a claim, all I can rate is the buying process and cost, for this I gave 4 stars
