We’ve just moved into our first property with the help of Fresh Money. As first time buyers, we were quite clueless with the house buying process. Mark helped us every step of the way, from our initial meeting where he talked us through the whole process and gave us a rough timescale of what to expect and when. Mark gave advice on house surveys, mortgage types, home insurance, solicitor fees and Help to Buy ISAs.
The detailed information we were given made it easy to choose the right mortgage for us. Our many queries were responded to quickly, nothing was a problem for them.
Mark has been fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for any more support. To top it all off, we even received a lovey courtesy call to check we were settling into our new home and to ask if we would like to choose a charity as Fresh Money donate a portion of their income to charity which we thought was a lovely touch.
