Absolutely amazing customer service, ordered late at night and first thing the next morning I received a phone call from Ben thanking me for the order and updating me regarding delivery etc! My daughter hasn’t had chance to use it yet as it was a Christmas present but I’m 100% sure based on the customer service I have already received that if there was and issue it would be sorted so I have no worries 😄 would defo recommend and use the company again! Speedy delivery & excellent customer service. I had a minor concern with the product when it had arrived, so I took some pics and sent an email, not really expecting a response that evening. However I was called straight away. Fortunately there was no need to move forward with my concerns. The product is in good order and I would buy from them again, because I feel if there was a major issue, they would help solve the problem.
