If you're looking for a cloud telephony service that excels at losing calls, ignoring your support requests, and generally causing a migraine, MyOperator is your dream come true. From the moment we signed up, it's been a downhill spiral into customer service purgatory.
Their so-called "24/7 support" seems to operate on a different time zone, possibly one where "24/7" means "whenever we feel like it."
When we finally managed to get through to a representative, they seemed to be reading from a script written in ancient hieroglyphics. Each problem was met with a series of vague promises and an endless loop of "we'll escalate this." Spoiler alert: it never got escalated.
Every time we called for help, we were met with long wait times, unhelpful agents, and a general air of indifference.
MyOperator has successfully managed to combine the worst aspects of services, combined with the incompetence of useless and invisible team. If you value your time, your business, and your mental health, steer clear of this service. You'd have better luck training pigeons to deliver your messages.

I own 3 IVR numbers from myoperator and i m very disappointed by der services. Moreover dey fail to resolve issues quickly. Everytime i had wasted 2-3 hrs of my time resolving small small issues. Main problem is downtime of myoperator is very high and dey have many bugs in der software also.. which sadly der own team dnt knw how to resolve. Each person answer differently. N at d end dey only have sorry in response.
Plz dnt fall for myoperator.. dey r d worst.

I am not sure of all the 5 star reviews that I see for myoperator. They are one of the worst companies that I have seen in my 20 years of IT Career. They cannot even asnwer a simple question and only cheat and take money. Their SLA is a joke. They don't pick calls and respond to emails. They stole 50K of my money without giving any service. I would not deal or recommend my operator to anyone. Cheaters.

I usually avoid giving such reviews because I am also service provider and understand that fair chance should be given to improve, which I gave them (almost 5 months) .
Never use IVR service of My operator. I used the services for almost 2 years (from May 2020). They promised to provide me NOC for the number to transfer it to my name, if I wants to discontinue the service.(I have email copy from their official email id.) In the month of January 2022, when I decided to discontinue the service due to bad service experience, I requested for NOC so that I can transfer the number to my name because in all my websites and promotional contents, I mentioned the same number. Its 4.5 months since I applied but still I haven't got NOC. I have made more than 50 communications through call and email (I have record of all calls and emails) but still the request is pending and they have stopped responding. I am literally mentally tortured by asking them again and again for the same thing. Instead of providing NOC, their team is constantly asking to pay them and continue service till you get NOC. I tried to contact their founder "Mr. Pratik Jain" and "Mr. Ankit Jain" through Linked, but they have not responded to my single message. I have never seen such type of arrogance in any service based company . I have lost lots of business leads because of their inefficient services.
I repeat no one should use this IVR service

"Hidden charges and bad customer service"
The service has a lot of hidden charges, each month you get a notification of extra charges for services you haven't signed up for. Their support team is only helpful and considerate till the time you haven't signed up for a plan, once you're on-board, good luck.. Customer support teams need to be trained, and hidden charges need to be made more transparent. There are better providers for cloud telephony I'd recommend going for.
