Betalte varen med bankkort. Kort tid etter mottok jeg faktura på mail uten at det ble informert om at denne kun var til info. Sendte mail med spørsmål om hvorfor jeg mottok faktura. Måtte sende purring før jeg fikk svar.

"No routines for returns? Money lost?"
I ordered a pair of jeans which unfortunately didn't fit. So I returned them at my own cost (half of the value of the jeans) and then the return was not picked up by IVY, and sent back to me... The Postal Service in Norway now have a problem, because I don't want the jeans back. So IVY, what will happen with this? It doesn't help me or the postal service (Posten Norge) that you wrote a nice message in December, when you don't have routines for picking up returns. Does this mean that I have lost almost a thousand kroner plus all the inconvenience? The parcel has been in the postal system for 3 months.
Here is my first message, and IVY's response in December 2024:
The jeans are nice, but the return is too expensive.
The jeans are nice, but unfortunately too big.. And it is actually expensive to return it, having to pay completely for the return myself means that the expense is half the value of the price I paid for the jeans. So, there is a potential for improvement on returns (from abroad), A company should be able to get better prices than each customer alone. The way things are now, I can’t take the chance on ordering again.

Thank you for your honest review. We’re glad to hear that you like the jeans, but we’re sorry that they didn’t fit and that the return process was costly for you. We completely understand your frustration, especially with the high cost of returns from abroad.
