I was quite anxious about doing the zoom four day training all online. Vanessa Goodchild and Larrisa Goff made me feel at ease. The training was very thorough and really well explained. I enjoyed working and branching out into our smaller groups to discuss assigned topics and share our experience. It was a very intense course and I learned a lot about the different standards in health and social care. Thank you Vanessa and Larrisa

I did a four day training course, was quite anxious about using Zoom to train but with Vanessa Goodchild and Larissa Goff both ladies were fab at their jobs, making us all fell comfortable and capable to carry out the training. the training on line via zoom has been really good way to train, convenient and in covid times a good social network of friends, has saved time in actual meeting up with travel and work commitments around training.
