She is yogini herself and she spent a quite good time learning yoga secrets from masters in yog nagari Rishikesh. As her name depicts she transcends all the saatva Guna to the practitioners. EFT- Each one of us Need!!

I was passing by and noticed Ekya yoga board peeping at me. I thought my little sister could join since she lives closer. I looked it and up and read about EFT as one of the services Saatvika offered. I was intrigued i did some reading but had loads of questions. I reached out to Saatvika and she was so patient and answered all my questions and talked about 10 sessions would be helpful. - i was thinking to myself do i require 10 sessions?? I dont really need so much healing session... Top of my head... I am currently dealing with few issues and it should take two to four session at the max... But i was wrong?? - as i discovered and started the sessions i realized how few things you never knew could cause a trauma has the deepest scar to you and your younger self.

EFT is such a blessing to analyze these scars and treat it in a way which is so beautiful. Its beyond words to express how you feel after healing from these sessions. the closest i can explain is - i felt at peace and i felt like a newborn baby after so many powerful sessions. EFT - it awakens your sleeping fears / scars and EFT helps you in the process of flushing it out of your system.

I strongly recommend EFT sessions to each one of us. We ALL need healing and Saatvika is a wonderful coach and guides you through the process. She is so patient with you during the session and someone you feel comfortable to pour your heart out. Thank You Saatvika and I will be forever grateful for helping me heal in so many folds and I love the fact of living my day to day life without fears or hate within. THANK YOU!

Yoga classes with Saatvika are a wonderful experience. I joined as a complete beginner but under her guidance, I was able to quickly pick up many asanas and push my body while still remaining very comfortable and at ease - that's just the kind of teacher she is! She knows just when to provide guidance or corrections, despite the fact that the classes were online. She gives individual feedback to every student to ensure we feel completely engaged the entire time and is very patient with us. It's easy to see how passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated she is about yoga. She also has the most wonderful personality and presence which never fails to instantly make you feel calm and positive. The classes have had a huge positive impact on my life, both mentally and physically. Highly recommend you join her classes!

She explains the correct form of every asanas and also benefits of those asanas..The yoga studio is very peaceful for doing yoga and meditation. . Ekya yoga has been a fantastic experience for me. Saatvika is a gifted yoga practitioner and a wonderful, encouraging instructor. Yoga with Saatvika is holistic,simple and authentic,no frills or fancy.
With Saatvika yoga is a gentle journey of self awareness/ body mindfulness and not merely a destination to a perfect looking asana or pose.Through Saatvika I have gained a deeper understanding of balance and strength in postures with her easy to follow instructions . Today i am able to practice with ease certain asanas that i found daunting for a very long time!
Her classes are well balanced with both gentle and dynamic practice.

I’m very stiff and don’t like to try classes as it’s embarrassing being this stiff but Saatvika made me feel very comfortable & I do feel a bit more flexible.
Great classes & no pressure to keep up, you can do as per your comfort level.
