"FAILURE!!! Tenura Non Slip Fabric SLIPS!!!"

By Chat Room, I requested a Non-Slip Material to be placed between a rug & a carpet. One of your employees recommended the perfect solution--Tenura Non Slip Fabric. I put the fabric under 5 different rugs/carpets & it does not work on any of them. It cost me $27.68 for the fabric. I am very disappointed with the material.
