Fantastic and efficient service from start to finish.
I initially met Dan Butcher and Ross Harding, who took me through the viewing and the next steps if I wished to proceed.
They where both very professional.
They where at the viewing early. They had carried out there research and could answer all my questions.
Dan Butcher was my main point of contact going forward and was amazing at following up with the referencing and moving in date keeping me updated with the progress throughout and answering in a timely manner my questions.
For my self I am very customer centric and it is fantastic to work with a company with the same values.
Keeping the customer updated, following up, checking that the customer is happy is all a customer can ask for.

This company is absolutely amazing! I spoke to Dan Butcher and Ross Harding through the process.

I Found a great apartment which they had going zoopla with more than sufficient detail and clear pictures. I spoke to Dan who was very kind enough to run through the procedure with me and told me exactly what I needed. I then visited the property which both gentlemen were very accommodating and made it very easy to view and let the property sell itself and were there for all the information you need. They were very clear and said we’ll get back to us applicants by the next day which they did on a Sunday and once I was accosted by the next day I filled out the remaining referencing and payments and it was all complete! All throughout they have been very communicative and answered and helped with all question and you can really tell they both strive for excellent service I was able to get a property with them from start to finish within 3 days being that I saw the property on the weekend.
I would extremely recommend this company even the applications were not as long as I though and process was very easy, it literally felt too good to be true. They managed expectations and said what they were going to to and done it.

So thank you Dan and Ross really appreciate it. :)
