"I paid for their mistake"

I ordered 4 items with a discount and got 2 correct ones and 2 wwe merch instead. From the NFL store wich does not sell those.
My ordered items were sold out so i could only got the option to return the items for a refund.
And for this refund the whole discount was substracted so now i have paid the full price for the remaining two items.
So i paid for their mistake to send me the wrong items.

I have shopped here on several occasions. I am European and a big nfl fan. So far everything has always gone well and I have been 100% satisfied. But not this time. The local delivery company didn't get any of my contact information, so no one notified me of the package arrival. The parcel cannot be reshipped, the products ordered are out of stock and to this day I have not received my money back even though 2 months have passed.
Update: I got immediately contacted and I got my money back, what I appriciate, thank you! I adjusted on the rating. I gave it an other chance and ordered something else. Let's see how it goes this time.
