"Poor customer experience as to what should be expected"
I placed a order with your company, and received a email on Aug 30th stating that my order had finished processing. As of Sept 5th I still had not received shipping information, so I emailed customer service and received a reply back telling me that my order was being processed(?). Two messages contradictory. Then on Sept 6th I received a message stating that my order had shipped (but UPS had no updates available as to delivery when I checked.
Poor customer service as to what was expected.

I haven't received shipping notification yet so I can't really rate the product. It's strange to get an email request to review the product when it hasn't arrived and don't know if it's been shipped. It's been about 7 days since ordered.

So when you are out of a product just put Sold Out under that product instead of allowing it to go to the shopping cart then when you go to view shopping cart it is empty.

When Biochem website first loaded I was offered 20% off for my email. I typed in my email. Next screen was confusing. Offered 20% off plus exclusive text offers. I declined. But assumed first offer for 20% off for providing email was good. Got to checkout screen. No 20% off. Started over, gave my phone this time. Got 20% off at check. Experience was confusing and I felt misled. Doubt I will shop there again
