They have what I need 99% of the time and if they don't, they can tell you if they can get the product and when approximately it would arrive. They have a great selection of big lump charcoal and smoking wood. Keeps my BGE doing its' thing! Service is tops! Prices are reasonable. Quality of products sold are unmatched in the box stores.

I recently ordered the Rotisserie Kit for my (large) Big Green Egg. It was for a good price and I did't have to wait long for it to arrive. I'm absolutely thrilled with the item--it adds a whole new dimension to cooking on the Egg!

It's rare to find something of this quality, and even a year later, it still looks brand new! The double-wall construction with 304 stainless steel is top-notch, and with just a quick vinegar clean once a month, it stays in perfect condition. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer experience. The staff is knowledgeable without being pushy, and the whole vibe feels welcoming and homey. If you're looking for high-quality outdoor gear, this place is a hidden gem!
