I have a couple of items from this brand and I just admit that I am a bit disappointed with my last order. I got a cardigan and the quality isn't great. I was expecting more for the price I paid, to be honest.
The design is gorgeous but the finish on seams and overall look of the material is a but disappointing.

"Awful customer service"
Placed my order on the 7th October and still haven't received it. I've contacted Neon Rose multiple times via email and to say there customer service skills are none existent would be an under statement. I've given up on the order now and have requested it be returned for a refund.

Honestly love their clothes! also cannot knock their customer service! I was helped so quickly in regards to my exchange, want to especially thank the lovely customer care advisor Sarah was so unbelievably helpful and polite!!

Poor quality dress and sizing. Saw it available on another brand’s website £10 cheaper after ordering. £4.50 shipping not refunded. Wouldn’t shop again.

Clothes are absolutely shocking quality, so cheap and uncomfortable. Look nothing like the pictures. Returns are only free if you own your own printer as they are 'not eligible to be printed in store' by collect+. Don't waste your time.

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL"
I ordered a dress from here order number NR3023 which arrived promptly but didn’t suit this is where problem started
I sent back item using collectplus they signed for it on Wednesday the 2nd Of jan I’ve sent five emails and posted on Facebook and they haven’t bothered to reply CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT all I want is my refund that I’m entitled too and I will be happy is it really that hard to respond to email or issue refund just be warned if u order an require refund u may not get one
