Some nice stuff and quick delivery but some items I ordered they didn't have and the phone call was confusing as to what items they actually could send. Customer service said they would " look after me" replacing unavailable items with items of similar value. She replaced the missing game but not of equal value.

Ordered some party supplies for my daughters 6th birthday and the items never arrived. Well at least, they were sent to the wrong address. It was left to me to resolve the issue. When I contacted thebigparty, they were most helpful but still, it should never have happened in the first place. it could have left a small girl bitterly disappointed.

The big party was a dream to use!! The delivery was spot on, the decorations were amazing and totally transformed our room, especially the scene setters! I was complimented all night on how well our Hollywood style room looked! You should definitely use them!!! Go on, you know you want to!! :-)

I ordered a few hats for a party, and I was happy with what I got, and thrilled with how fast it was all delivered. I ordered on a Sunday evening, and they were at my house by Tuesday.
The only drawback was the selection for hats was limited compared to other online shops, but I was able to find what I wanted so I can't complain.
