I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering shoes on this website. When I received the size 7 shoes they did not fit, to big. I wanted to exchange for 6.5 but they do not offer 1/2 sizes. So I asked for a refund on my unused shoes still in the package. I was told I can only get 1/2 off next order. This is unacceptable. I have never in my life not been able to get a refund for a brand new not used item still in package. This site is a scam, horrible service. AND it took 6 weeks to receive my order! DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SPREAD THE WORD!

If we had known at the beginning of the order that it would take 3+ weeks we would have ordered from someone else. I guess that is how you get your sales though.

The shoes were ordered as a gift weeks ago. Tracking them via email sent by company showed them delivered 3 days ago. Nothing received. Last night i received a 2nd email saying they were 'ready to ship'.
