"Useless, not enough product, shady refund policy!"

I bought Morning Complete to see if it would help with digestion, under their assurance of a 100% money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. After using the product for around 2 months, I've noticed absolutely no difference! The product is exhorbantly expensive and entirely useless for me. Moreover, as I used the jars, I did not get a months worth out of each jar as they claimed but ran through 1 jar in about 3 weeks! I was using one flat scoop each time so I'm convinced there was less product than there should be. This would not feel like as much of a scam if they honored their return.
Upon calling them for the refund, they said that I would have to go through the hassle of mailing back the big containers and pay for shipping, which is no small cost! If I decided not to mail it back, they 'generously' offered 40% back instead. Why would I pay more than $100 CAD for an absolutely useless product that did not even have as many servings as it said it would?
Their money back guarantee is supposed to persuade people to take a chance on them? I advise you don't take that chance. It likely ends in frustration and feeling like you suffered yet another internet scam. Not worth seeing if it works for you.

Beware misleading advertising and poor customer service
Recently I purchased a trial deal of 3 products which I felt would be good value to try this out
In the middle of the first jar I noticed my credit card had been charged by activated you for a further £130.50
I contacted their customer service who said I had a VIP membership and wouldn’t refund me until the product was returned I explained I had no idea I had signed up for this and why would I need so much product as once it made no sense they would not listen and never answered my questions directly but sent same reply
I live in the UK so was expected to send it back to USA when I hadn’t even requested more and pay for this and it’s a heavy box
No understanding no empathy terrible customer service and really misleading advertising once they have your money you are powerless
Personally I hadn’t found the product effective and now have two box loads one of which I didn’t request to return and because they have had not understanding of my situation error or whatever it has been I am worried even if I pay for the return they may not even acknowledge that now I have been charged $261 for something I was just going to try what a nightmare it’s been so stressful
