Tried everywhere for a match for our bedroom this company came up trumps.

Took a week off work to fit my new kitchen and could not finish it because the 1 item I ordered from Flat Pack Kitchens got lost during delivery. No tracking number was provided so I could not contact the delivery company to investigate. FPK customer service tried to help but couldn't get a response from the delivery company. I have now cancelled the order and gone to B & Q.

"Kitchen Cupboards"

The units turned up in good time and were packed well. The middle brace of the double cupboards was damaged at one end but I was able to repair it with glue. This damage might of been caused by one of the bands on the packaging. I was impressed with the clic system and the price was good.

Company rang to check my order was correct before processing as I needed an odd mixture of units and drawer - very conscientious. Delivery was quick and quality of the parts I have used so far is good.

Really good quality carcasses. Fast and easy to construct by one person. Clear instructions. Sturdy once built (used glue to support 'click' construction as recommended). Legs far more robust than others I looked at. Sensible price. Arrived well packed and promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Website generally good, but could not order second door hinge positions - picked up by company and queried before manufacture.

Some hinges missing from delivery.
No fixing screws with hinges - seems a strange practice.
