I had reached out to Websters Surveyors for a RICS survey for Help to Buy repayment. I was impressed with the quick communication and complete information about the quote and process details by Natyshia. She then connected me to Stuart Boughey for the RICS survey. Stuart was thorough with the valuation and very informative about the process throughout. The report was sent over in less than a week, and is extremely comprehensive. I also appreciate that all the details of cost, validity of the report, etc. are communicated upfront. Highly recommend!

We've engaged with Websters as FTBs looking into buying a property from 70s needing updates throughout. Stuart, the surveyor, provided a detailed report which I am sure we will refer to in the upcoming years of gradual renovating and improving, not just at this point of buying. He was kind enough to arrange a longer phone call with us to clarify all the necessary concerns, especially as we are not used to UK building standards. Their colleague Natyshia won us over with her speedy and personalised replies, as well as highlighting the use of drone to inspect the roof from above, a unique service that made us go for Websters. Great experience and would definitely recommend them!

Stuart Boughey did our survey and was excellent! He surveyed a flat for us a few months ago and spotted lots of issues so we ended up pulling out of the sale, which was 100% the right decision. He asked questions we hadn't considered and had a good feel for the property. Skip forward a few months and he's just surveyed our new house and was brilliant again - it was a much better option for us and we are so happy with it. Highly recommend him and Websters as a company. The survey they produce is so detailed, loads of pictures and loved the drone option too!
