Jag fick snabb hjälp av Homerental. Jag ger fem stjärnor till Caroline i Stockholm på Homerental, hon gav mig snabb service och återkopplade snabbt. Hon är ödmjuk och vill hjälpa en på bästa sätt, toppen bemötande fick jag av Caroline. Hon var även noggrann och hörde av sig innan inflytt och frågade om läget samt sammanfattade igen inflytten och hur det skulle gå till och gav mig bästa information.
Homerental är även snabba att svara via mail och hjälpsamma samt löser ärenden på bästa sätt.

"Vi hyrde ett hus från Homerental "

Vi har hyrt ett hus från Homerental. Vi har haft mycket problem med hyresvärden. Även Homerental hyr bostäder i hela Sverige, det finns ingen inlämnining från detta företag till oss, man har altid kontakt med riktig hyresvärden istället av företaget även till sist det fanns ingen visning av huset från företaget.
De hyr hus i Göteborg men det finns ingen personal i Göteborg som kan lämna in hus!
Till sist vi var tvungen att lämna ett ärende his hyresgästföreningen och det är fortfarande pågår. Vi har hyrt ett annat hus från en välkänd företag som är jättebra. Jag tror att man måste vara mycket försiktig med små företag som en hyresgäst.

"Unfortunately Never Again."

We decided to use Homerental to rent our apartment for peace of mind while we were traveling overseas. The onboarding process and finding a tenant was a great experience and we were happy to welcome a new family into our home. That's why this review has two stars instead of one.

Once the tenant moved in they became unsupportive and unhelpful. They made no effort to find a replacement tenant when the contract was terminated early and told us to use Blocket instead.

Once the tenant moved out we began finding missing and broken items. When we inquired about these items they took the tenant's word over ours. Of course, when you rent a home there are always risks involved but we chose to use Homerental because we believed that they would support us when issues arose.

How we feel as customers is that they made profit from renting our home but the services provided did not come close to meeting the value of the money they earned off the property.

Unfortunately we won't be using their services in the future. Perhaps your experience will be different but I'd rather follow their recommendation and use Blocket instead.
