Smart apartament to share un the city - las palmas de gran canaria/ sleepaways/lastminute.No nos recibieron para check in argumentando q no escribí diciendo a que hora llegaba cuando no es cierto, incluso pague la fianza por anticipado. Me dieron por wassap los códigos para coger una llave de una habitación q al entrar estaba ocupada! Después otra clave para otra llave de habitación que no abría. Ante el desastre dejan de escribir y me mandan un mensaje para registrarme online con un teléfono de urgencia, pero si ya estaba en una! Eran las 23 h en un barrio malo, tuve q pagarme otro hotel y no me han devuelto ni fianza ni lo pagado, denunciaré al llegar a mi domicilio. Un comentario anterior tiene toda la razón, son agresivos al hablar como si estuvieras ofendiendo al reclamar tus derechos. Juegan con la situación de estar en un lugar desconocido para los huéspedes y a esas horas donde limita tus decisiones. Os aseguro que la habitación que yo vi con baño incluido no es como las fotos, cocina y salón para todas las habitaciones. En fin, un desastre que acaba de empezar para mí con denuncias.... no voy a parar para conseguir mi derecho de reembolso por falta de prestación de servicios y que la gente sepa cómo funcionan

"Estafadores y mentirosos"

He reservado por Airbnb, al llegar el apartamento no cumple con lo pactado en esta plataforma. El apartamento estaba hecho una porquería. Tengo fotos de como estaba todo y una de las habitaciones, está construida de forma ilegal y no cumple con las condiciones para habitar.
Son muy maleducados a la hora de tratar con el cliente, cuelgan e insultan por teléfono. 0 recomendaciones

"Cancelled booking due to inconsistency"

I booked a flat in Agaete with Sleepaway through Airbnb. The flat looks lovely and has great views but the location advertised was incorrect and it turned out not to be accessible without a car. I don't know whose fault that was but after I complained the location has been corrected.

When I realised where the flat was I requested a solution. At first, Sleepaway team was responsive and tried to find an alternative flat. When that didn't work I had to escalate my complaint to Airbnb to get a refund. It took me more than 24 hours to get the full refund and I don't rate the customer service of either company highly here. At least I could phone Airbnb but when I tried Sleepaway no one picked up.

I don't recommend it based on customer service as I can't comment on the quality of the flats.

(Obs: Sleepaway insisted on getting the review removed completely from Trustpilot, to which I don't agree. My initial rating was 1 and I changed it as I received a refund)

Still trying to fool potential customers the property could be cancelled as my confirmation said up to November plus l have still not had my refund after just checking with my bank.
If you want my advice stop telling lies.

Recomendamos usar sleepaways.com y creemos que los malos comentarios no hacen justicia al esfuerzo de su equipo para hacerte sentir como en casa.

The property that we booked in Canary Island was perfect. The company that managed the property Sleepaways.com was TOP they are very professionals and they do everything to make you feel like home. We call them many times to ask them for recommendations and the places they recommend us were great. All in all they make our experience something to remember. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything worked out perfect. The company that manage the property Sleepaways was great and help us from the beginning they have to deal with some bureaucracy from the spanish goverment and they manage quiet easely. The experience was great and they make us feel like home I would use this company to book anytime + they have a discount if you compare prices with booking.com or other paltform. THANKS!
