"Faulty car"

Faulty car, £15,000 - day after purchase. Very poor. Refused a refund or to repair it. Sold to a consumer as 'trade sale' - which is not legally binding, much as the 'sold as seen' statemen. Driving an unsafe car with a child in tow. Stuck as to what to do. Andrew King refused to fix or return the car. Multiple faults and unsafe to drive - but managed to pass an MOT??
