I found the whole procedure absolutely brilliant, cannot fault at all. My very old and well used ghds are a vital piece of equipment and their breakdown couldn't have come at a worse time, particularly with the expense of Xmas just around the corner. I posted on Saturday morning and received an email Monday afternoon to tell me they had been repaired and returned to me and I received them the next day. It is very reassuring to know that they have been thoroughly tested and aren't going to blow up as they may have done if I'd tried to repair them myself!

had to send my daughters ghd hair straighteners for repair, well it was that or buy her a new set so I opted for ghdrepairs.co.uk and was well impressed with how fast they were back to our house. sent them Thursday and thought hopefully we will get them Wednesday next but no they arrived Monday morning,very fast service.
