Paul Williams has been servicing my boilers for many years, and also used to do Landlord gas safe checks in a property we rented out. He is always reliable, turns up on time and does an excellent job. I have recommended Paul to friends and family, and they have been impressed by his workmanship. I noticed my boiler was playing up at the weekend, messaged Paul and asked if he could look at it Monday morning. I got a text from Paul on Monday morning to check I would be in and when I replied he said he would be on his way to our house. In times of coronavirus Paul was wearing a mask and gloves and I felt as a shielding customer that he was taking PPE and precautions very seriously which came as a relief to me.
