I've been a customer of Powells for many years and have purchased several pieces of jewellery from them. They're a wonderful company to deal with and their staff are always extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I know that when I visit I can rely on them to provide an exemplary service and I cannot speak too highly of them.

Powells always has exactly what I am looking for. Every time. This time I came to collect a refashioned necklet which is now perfect. A beautiful brooch caught my eye (that is the trouble with Powell’s!!) and Ritchie wove his magic and it is now a ring. Another piece of bespoke jewellery from my favourite shop. We have visited regularly for the last 14 years and never manage to leave empty handed. But there is no pressure. The staff genuinely want you to love your purchase. They care. And it shows.

Would highly recommend powells to absolutely anyone. Was well worth the trip to Chester for. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and polite. I dealt with Brenda, Lorraine and Sophie. When I went in there I had no idea what I was actually looking for or what I wanted to get in terms of an engagement ring and the girls were excellent. It's a shame I can only give a 5 star review for these guys as they definitely deserve a 10
