"This company calls me every day"
This company calls me every day, sometimes more than once a day, with a sales call trying to sell me a Medicare plan. I am on the do not call list; I told them to stop calling me several times, I already have a Medicare plan, but they keep calling me even after I told them to stop. Their call center in the Philippines is the one that calls me from 689-201-8574. They are very rude, hanging up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor. I just want them to stop calling me.

This company has aggravated the he-- out of me by calling me a zillion times a day, every day, since the Medicare enrollment period began. Now, they are also texting me. I would not buy an insurance policy over the phone!!!! Do they not realize the elderly are called constantly by scammers and we have learned to be distrustful of anyone we don't know calling us, trying to sell us something. Get real, Health IQ.

I was sure I was going to stay with my current carrier but Deborah patiently listened to what was important to me and found me a better deal with the AI. She was a little bit country and talked my language and I recommended her to my friend that is just turning 65.
