I have been shopping for my e liquids at pure perfection/ health e vape for over 3 years, I have left 5 star reviews in the past however service has gone way below acceptable levels. I have a regular order of RY4 Vanilla and other items have spent hundreds of pounds over the time and have recommended to many new vapers at least 6 regular customers from this. The recent interaction with a young woman on the new phone line has been perfunctory and couldn't give a damn in nature, Callum if you read this I have always found the quality and customer service fantastic, But get this young woman off front end service, she will destroy your business. If she is your girlfriend/ daughter/ niece . I can understand why you hired her but other than that she is not a customer service person, clearly she feels it is beneath her to deal with people requesting support. My item was missing from the new web site drop downs, we all understand changes will come with TPD but explaining what will be withdrawn is important, along with suggestions of alternatives. The first time I called the number I got a guy who said he didn't know what was on the new web page and the girl who did was off sitting he driving test. The next time I called I asked about missing item and was told it was to be added to website, this from the girl who had been on driving test (she passed) although she was clearly offended when I enquired if she was the person previously mentioned, The next time I called a few weeks later I was told my item had been withdrawn because of TPD no further info was supplied, no suggestions of alternatives, nothing!! So I guess after all this time I need to go and look for new supplier, pretty sad. Every other company used by friends and colleagues is working round TPD or suggesting how to manage it, if you don't that void will be filled. Silence is not customer service. a simple TPD restrictions means x so the best we can offer is y would have been enough, But we don't have it and won't followed by silence.. quite frankly sucks. Looking at your new industrial premises maybe you are moving away from the retail into the commercial market, and if so I wish you well but caution that when all else fails it is your bread and butter customers that support change, I say this as someone who has experience.

I use this company for all of my e-liquid now having tried other vendors. I have tried a few of the hansen et cetera and found them to be too plastic and with a poor fog but the pure perfection liquids are really good! I always buy the 50/50 liquids, it gives the thickest foggiest vape :-D and you can't get that from most places, none at yhis price for sure!
